Many companies use tools and agreements with marketing agencies to fine tune their marketing and pinpoint the cash-cow customers. We are interested in meeting out fellow winelovers' needs, but not to the extent of sacrificing the trust you have put in us. Our evolving marketing will never utilize Personal or Business Names, Addresses, Phone, Cell or Fax Numbers, nor Email Addresses to generate marketing plans.

If ever we are asked to or feel it is appropriate to provide information about you or your company to any party, you will be immediately notified. Your acceptance to the request to share your information is REQUIRED before we will release or share any information. If you do not reply affirmatively, by returning a notice of rejection or by not replying at all, we will not share the information (unless requested by, and the request is accompanied with the appropriate legal documentation from a law enforcement agency).


Information We May Collect

For general members we collect name, address, telephone, email address, tasting profile data and tasting notes. For wine purchasing members we also collect credit card information. Names, tasting profile data and tasting notes will be publically accessible on the website and during tasting events. No other data will be publically accessible via the website, newsletters, tasting events, or any other Wet Cork Wine Club activity.
